Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Akarithm Tech services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services
Akarithm Tech provides technology consulting, product engineering, software development, and AI integration services under agreed statements of work. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment, except for pre-existing IP, open-source components, and general know-how. Akarithm retains the right to use general skills and techniques learned during engagements.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 business days. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
Warranties
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We provide a 30-day warranty period on delivered software during which defects will be fixed at no additional cost.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Client retains ownership of all work completed and paid for up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
